For accountants

Your client arrives with a clean set of books.

Aliran is built for the micro businesses you spend the most unbilled time chasing. Here is what it does for you, and what is still on the way.

What a handover looks like

Your client captures receipts as they happen, categorises them against their own chart of accounts, and confirms each one. You receive a period that is already categorised, with the source document attached to every line.

Every figure has a document behind it

Each transaction keeps its original receipt or invoice — the file the client actually uploaded, not a re-render. Deleted items are retained and restorable rather than removed.

Line items, not just totals

Where a receipt is itemised, Aliran keeps the items. When a total legitimately differs from the sum of its lines — SST, service charge, rounding — the difference is shown rather than silently absorbed.

ExportsComing soon

CSV export compatible with Bukku, Xero and QuickBooks is on the roadmap and not built yet. Today you can view and download source documents and read the categorised records in the app.

An accountant seatComing soon

A free seat on your client's book, so you can look at the period yourself instead of asking for screenshots. Planned, not shipped.

Tell us what would actually help

We would rather build the export and the seat around how you really work than guess. If you handle Malaysian micro businesses, we want to hear from you.
